Endpoints (minimal): - GET /collections — list collections - GET /collections/addresses — describe the addresses collection - GET /collections/addresses/items — list address features (GeoJSON FeatureCollection) - GET /conformance — list OGC API Features conformance classes

Query parameters (items): - limit (default 100): max features returned. - offset (default 0): pagination start index; next/prev links are provided. - bbox (minLon,minLat,maxLon,maxLat): filters features by bounding box.

Run the reference server from api-server and test with QGIS or a web client.
